Does Kate Middleton Use Self Tanning Products?
We’ve all known for years that Kate’s sister, Pippa is a heavy user of self tanning products.
She regularly appears in magazines and on TV sporting a dark bronze tan. And it’s been said she uses self tanning products on a regular basis instead of using tanning beds or laying outside in the sun.
But what about Kate?
She always seems to have a really nice glow, but she’s not dark enough where you’d automatically think assume she self tans.
That’s something that not everyone realizes about self tanning products– they come in a lot of different shades, colors and intensity.
You can really control if you want to get really dark like Pippa, or just a subtle glow like Kate.
Anyway, let’s get back to Kate and her tan!
It turns out the cat’s been let out of the bag…
It’s recently been confirmed that Kate Middleton does indeed use self tanning products.
How do we know?
Her beautician said that she recently cancelled a string of self tanning appointments once she realized she was pregnant (she has someone come to the palace and apply it for her- must be nice)!
While self tanning when pregnant has not been shown to carry any health risks, some doctors still advise against the practice during the first trimester.
So apparently that’s what Kate’s doing. She’s decided to give up self tanning for the first 3 months of her pregnancy.
Let’s hope that the natural glow many women get when pregnant applies to Kate as well.
We all know how hard it is to give up our precious self tan!
