Overall Opinion:

Dior Bronze Self Tanning Creme is a really good self tanner.

It’s easy to apply, dries quickly and actually smells good.  It also produces a very nice “natural looking” shade of bronze, which is what many people are looking for.

The only downside with this product may be that it’s not quite dark enough for hardcore self tanners.

But overall, this is a great product that the majority of tanners will love!

Detailed Review:

Look and Feel

Dior Bronze Self Tanning Creme comes out of the tube as a very light, tan-colored lotion.  It feels very smooth.

Application

Due to it’s extremely light formulation, this product applied very easily.

Despite the fact that it’s light brown-colored, it really doesn’t have any tint or guide color to it.

We don’t mind that, but if you’re one of those people who likes a lot of tint so you can see where you’re applying it, this one may not be your favorite.  We like it though because it’s very clean and doesn’t get everywhere when you’re applying it.

Drying Time

For a lotion, Dior Bronze Self Tanning Creme dries extremely fast.  After about 30 minutes, we were able to get into bed, and not have any of it rub off on our sheets.  We also like the fact that it’s not greasy.

Smell (Before Application)

We really like the smell of this product.  It has a fresh, clean almost floral odor to it that’s very nice.

Smell (After Several Hours And The Next Day)

This self tanner maintains a great smell once it’s dried and into the next morning.  Rather than being non-existent, this one keeps that light, fresh smell to it.

Color Produced

Dior Bronze Self Tanning Creme produces a smooth, natural, medium shade of bronze.  For most people, the color will look great because it’s so natural.  However, for those who like to get really dark, this product may not be right as it’s not super dark.

Another plus, we didn’t notice any streaking or blotchiness, the color was really good overall.

How Long It Lasts

Like most department store self tanners, this product lasted quite a while.  After 5 days we could still see color.  By 7 days it was pretty much gone.

It also faded pretty well over time without any unnatural patchiness.

OK For Men?

The color is perfect for guys as it looks very natural.  The only issue may be the smell.  It’ll be a bit “girly” for some guys.  But other than that, this will be a nice product for guys to use- especially if they don’t want their self tan to look fake or overdone.
