Overall Opinion:

I gave Le Tan Fast Tan Foaming Mousse Deep Bronze 2.75 out of 5 stars.  So it was a little better than average, but I don’t think I’d find myself reaching for this one on a regular basis.

I loved the application process, it was easy peasy; I used a tanning mitt, and the whole application process only took me about 5-10 minutes.

The drying time really sucked.  It took over an hour to dry and it was SO sticky while I waited.  I hate that gross feeling.

The color I got from Le Tan Fast Tan Foaming Mousse Deep Bronze was a medium shade.  It wasn’t as dark as I’d like, but it was nice.  I also liked that it was natural looking and I had zero streaks.  For those of you who aren’t looking for a really dark color, I think you’ll like the color this one produces.

If you’re in the USA this one is very expensive.  I got it through Amazon, and the shipping was $24.99!  It’s even more for shipping through their actual website.  So that’s another reason why I had to knock this one down and wouldn’t purchase again.

So overall, Le Tan Fast Tan Foaming Mousse Deep Bronze is a pretty average product, and I gave it 2.75/5 stars.

Detailed Opinion:

Look and Feel

Le Tan Fast Tan Foaming Mousse Deep Bronze is a foamy mousse that comes out an off white, light tan color.

The color guide isn’t very dark at all, and you can barely see it when applying to your skin.  I was surprised with how light the color guide is.  It’s almost non-existent.

Application

I used a tanning mitt and application was a breeze.  Make sure you use a mitt with this one to protect your palms.  I’ve found that applying mousses is really difficult without a mitt.

I didn’t have to worry about blending a dark guide in, so it went very quickly.

I just pumped the product onto the mitt and applied all over my body.

The longer the guide sat on my skin, the darker it got.

Drying Time

The product took about an hour to dry on my skin.  While I waited for it to dry, I felt very sticky and uncomfortable… not a good feeling.

I was disappointed in the drying time.

Smell (Before Application)

In the bottle, it smells pretty good, like a light coconut scent.

But once I started applying it to my skin it lost some of the good scent.  It still smelled pretty good, better than a lot of self tanners out there.  But I could also smell a little but of DHA.

Smell (After Several Hours And The Next Day)

The next day, the good smell was gone, and all I could smell with a hint of DHA.

The DHA smell thankfully wasn’t very strong.

Color Produced

When I bought this product I thought it was an instant tan, due to its name, “Fast Tan”.  Well that name is a bit misleading because it takes 6 hours to develop.

It also doesn’t really give any kind of fast tan, because the guide is very light and only creates a slight glow on your skin.  Although, the guide gets darker after sitting on your skin for about 15 minutes.   So for me, I was confused by why they would name the product that.

Anyways, after one application I had a medium shade tan.  It wasn’t a “deep bronze” color as the name says. It was more medium.

I was happy with how my tan looked because it was even and streak free.  But I do with it would have been about 2-3 shades darker.

How Long It Lasts

My tan lasted around 5 days, which is pretty good.

I was happy with it, and it faded evenly.

OK For Men?

Yes, if you can get past the enormous price tag you may like it.

Price

Le Tan Fast Tan Foaming Mousse Deep Bronze is $9.46 per ounce, which is very expensive.  The shipping to the USA is what makes it so expensive.  The shipping cost is more than double the price of the product!  I think that’s ridiculous.
