Overall Opinion:

I ended giving Lancome Flash Bronzer 3.25 out of 5 stars.

It definitely had some things I loved, and there were also some I wasn’t crazy about.

First off, this product is made specifically for your legs, and the color is fabulous!

The color is a very rich, dark tan, and it looks completely natural.

However, when it fades it gets streaky, which I didn’t like.

The price is also pretty steep, it’s $40.00 for a 4.2 oz bottle, that is $9.52 an ounce!

The smell is just so-so, and the drying time is average as well.

This product’s strength is definitely its color… and I don’t say that too often!

Detailed Opinion:

Look and Feel

Lancome Flash Bronzer is a lightweight gel that comes out with a very dark brown guide.

The guide has a slight shimmer to it and you can see where you are applying it on your skin.

The guide takes a few seconds to blend into your skin completely.

As far as the texture goes, this one is very smooth and lightweight, not heavy at all.

Application

Application of this one can get a little messy if you aren’t careful.

The guide is pretty dark, so I’d suggest wearing a tanning mitt while applying.

Besides the guide, this product is pretty easy to blend into your skin.

The texture is really smooth, so it makes it easy to apply.

This product is specifically made for your legs, but I have heard of people using it on other parts of their body as well.

Drying Time

This self tanner dried in about 30 minutes.

My legs felt a tad bit sticky until it completely dried.

The nice part was that I only applied this one on my legs, so the rest of my body didn’t have to dry!

Smell (Before Application)

I’m kind of up in the air about the smell of Lancome Flash Bronzer.

It is a mix between a very clean smell, and DHA.

At first it smells decent, but the more I smelled it the more DHA I smelled.

I would say the smell is pretty average… don’t love it, don’t hate it.

Smell (After Several Hours And The Next Day)

So the next day, I couldn’t smell anything.

But that also could be because I just applied this product on my legs, and the smell didn’t travel up to my nose.

Thankfully, I didn’t catch any whiff of the DHA smell.

Color Produced

This is the area where Lancome Flash Bronzer really got its chance to shine… the color was awesome!

This product is specifically made for tanning your legs and my legs looked amazing after using it.

The color was a deep bronze tan, no orange hint at all.

It looked very natural, and I was happy with how dark the product was!

How Long It Lasts

Lancome Flash Bronzer lasted about 4 days.

The thing that I didn’t like was it faded a little splotchy.

My legs looked a little scaly and I could tell the tanner was fading away.

But at least I got a good 4 days out of it, which is slightly longer than average.

OK For Men?

I don’t know very many men that are looking just to tan their legs, but if you know one I think they’d definitely like this product.

The color is excellent, although the product is on the pricey side.

Price

Lancome Flash Bronzer is extremely expensive.  In fact, it’s one of the more expensive tanners we’ve ever seen!

It works out to $9.52 per ounce; the entire bottle is $40.00.

The good thing is this one will last you longer than most, as you only apply it to your legs.
